Lori Nagel and her team fixed the problem
I had a miscommunication with the insurance adjuster and it left my husband and I in a difficult position concerning our roof. Lori jumped and told me not to worry. She continued to follow up until we had the ending. Email, call or visit her with any question and she will get right on it.

As a co-owner of Farm Creek Insurance and in the industry for 28 years, I enjoy all things insurance. I enjoy watching the agency and our team grow to their fullest potential.
I serve on the Junior Achievement of the Eastern board and am Past Chair of Dorchester Chamber of Commerce. I have a desire to see our community and its children thrive. I continue that passion as a member of Atlanta Road Alliance Church.
I am the mother of two amazing (adult) children and wife to an amazing husband, Mark. We also have two additional family members, Rocky- a Yorkshire Terrier and CJ- a Golden Retriever.
