I've been a happy Whitten customer for years.
It's great having a LOCAL agent to call or visit with questions. They always help me find ways to save on my car insurance--changing coverage details, signing me up for SmartRide and applying other discounts. When I was curious about switching insurers, they got me quotes from all the insurers they work with: Nationwide, Travelers, etc. Flexibility, good coverage, great prices and really friendly people. So much better than calling a national hotline number and being put on hold.
