Recently, we filed a claim for a roof leak which had damaged our house
with multiple leaks into the bedroom and closet ceiling and wall. We received a call and within a day or two and the contact claims associate scheduled a time to come and review the damage. She was prompt, courteous and thorough. She prepared a brief description of the damage and had issued a check to us before she left. It was only three days since we filed the claim.
